This project strengthens a regional hospital so it can absorb complex cases, reduce dangerous transfers, and keep families closer to care. We are funding diagnostic equipment, surgical readiness packs, and a telehealth bridge to tertiary partners. Local clinical leads co-own the rollout plan, including maintenance contracts and nurse upskilling so gains hold after installation.
Donors are tied to named milestones—first OR block live, telehealth consults per month, and patient throughput—with field visit windows once construction and commissioning are complete.
Third-party biomedical engineers verify installations; procurement follows open tender rules with published award summaries.
