About this project

Phase II drills twelve boreholes in water-stressed clusters, each governed by an elected water committee with a transparent maintenance fund. Hygiene promoters train households on safe storage and handwashing at schools and markets.

GPS coordinates, yield tests, and committee minutes are published so communities and donors can verify service levels over time.

Handpump mechanics are contracted per cluster with spare-part floats held by committees.
