About this project

Young people learn trades and digital services in a shared hub with safe equipment, starter toolkits, and business coaching. Graduates join peer accountability groups for three months post-training to stabilize income.

We publish cohort completion, job or self-employment rates, and follow-up survey snippets so supporters see pathways, not only certificates.

Employer and buyer introductions are curated where labor standards meet our threshold.
